There is much to be said and read about the year 2012. In an effort to keep it as simple as possible for you metal heads, we will only elaborate on the 3 major predicted events, and somewhat expose you to other minor things worth mentioning.

Now, what’s so significant about the year 2012, you ask? More specifically, December 21, 2012? It comes down to 3 major events. The Galactic Equator, Winter Solstice, and the end of our Sun Cycle. What does that spell for our life as we know it here on Earth? DOOMSDAY?...

Now I know what you’re saying.. Don't feed me this bullshit here, Lunatic! There’s enough propaganda going on in the RGV with this "Border Wall BS". The difference here is - this is based on scientific facts while the Wall has no such backing.

Let us begin to explain...

THE GALACTIC EQUATOR
Now we all pretty much know what an equator is, but for those that aren't sure, Ill make it simple. The equator is that center line that you see on a globe. You know - the middle of earth where it’s hot like hell. Well, just like our earth, our Galaxy, (The Milky Way) <----good name for a porn too; has an enormous equator. Our solar system which is a little part of this Milky Way, has always laid above this plane, or I should say, above the centerline of this Galaxy. (Refer to illustration below for a visual.)

Now scientists have calculated that our solar system will begin to enter and fall below this line December 21, 2012. As we enter pass this plane - the strongest mass our Milky Way has to offer, will push and pull upon the Earth. This invisible force, could possibly stress the fault lines of the earths surface - (fault lines are the natural cracks on the earths surface that grind against each other during times of stress which lead to earth quakes, volcanoes, tsunamis etc..) As the Earth begins to rattle - natural disasters will occur worldwide. It is during this time that the world will be in need and our guard will be down. More on this later.

SOLSTICE WINTER (MID WINTER)
Closer to home - is our Earths Axis. Now as we learned in science class, the Earth rotates on a tilt we called our axis. On December 21, 2012, the northern pole as well as the southern pole, will be the farthest away from the sun it has ever been. The earth will be at its farthest end of its orbit and the northern pole will face away from the sun. (See illustration below.)

Summer = longer days; Winter = longer nights. As darkness falls - The earth will experience its longest night ever. (Biblical = He will come like a thief in the night. Concerning "The Rapture" ; when Jesus comes for his people.) Now we are leading to another problem.

END OF THE SUN'S CYCLE
Every 11 years - the sun begins a new cycle and changes polarity. During these cycles - sun spots traveling from north to south on the suns surface are visible under telescope.  On July 31, 2006 NASA scientist observed the first sun spot traveling from south to north. (See illustration below.)

What does this mean? Well - for one, the Earth remains in orbit due to the Sun's gravitational pull - when the sun's own magnetic force is reversed - it begins to affect the earth's fault lines, leading to even more stress and the possibility of natural disasters. What does this lead us to?

RISE OF THE ANTI-CHRIST

It is during these times that some prophecies, including those of Nostradamus, predict that the world will be in need. Natural disasters will leave each man fending for themselves and looting, stealing, killing for food will be rampant. The world will cry out for help in peace keeping and relief. A world leader will rise above the rest and will dispatch his troops worldwide to help the people of the world. It is by this means of access to needy countries, that he will begin his reign of world dominance.

OTHER EVENTS

Other events worth mentioning is that of the Mayan Calendar.  Now most people have this wrong – the Mayan calendar does not end on December 21, 2012, but rather repeats itself again over.  However, under Mayan belief, it said that this day, December 21, 2012, will be a transition period where a new world order will begin.

Other events prior to this date:

January 31 — 433 Eros, the second-largest Near Earth Object on record (size 13x13x33 km) is expected to pass Earth at 0.1790 astronomical units (~26.8 million kilometers; ~16.6 million miles). NASA studied Eros with the NEAR Shoemaker probe launched on 1996-02-17.

April 17 — The United States will cede control of the military of the Republic of Korea after 50 years of control.

June 6 — Second and last solar transit of the planet Venus of this century; the next pair is predicted to occur in 2117 and 2125.

October 19 — at 01:36 UTC, the Earth will be home to 7 billion people, according to the US Census Bureau.

November 13 — Total solar eclipse (visible in northern Australia and the South Pacific).

November 28 — Penumbral lunar eclipse .

CONCLUSION

Now I'm a skeptic myself so go ahead and do your own research on this stuff. You will see that most of this is well documented. Now as much as there is some truth in this, there is a whole bunch of other shit that is not true; so go out and make your own conclusion.
